This zoned site is owned by Equinor, and is adjacent to Equinor’s oil refinery at Mongstad. For the part of the site closest to the refinery, Equinor will prioritize companies with evident synergies with the refinery’s operations.
Port facilities
There are quayside areas and port facilities at Mongstad supply base, owned by ABP. CCB is operating Mongstad supply base and is responsible for managing the port in the area.
Infrastructure
The road between Mongstad supply base and the oil refinery in the north is a private road, owned by the companies in the area. Significant investments have already been made to improve water supply, and there are ongoing projects for further improvement of supply of industrial and drinking water to the area. Sanitary water and sewer facilities will also be available going forward.
