The area is in close proximity to the Lindås transformer, ensuring access to sufficient power supply. There is also redundant fiber in the area.
Currently, there are 65,000 sqm of zoned, undeveloped land available for new establishments at the site. Existing industry at the site comprises energy service and waste management companies.
